Stagionello® Meat Curing Device 600 KG Tunnel is designed for large-scale production that promotes the natural progress of the production cycle, thanks to n.2 doors positioned on the extremities of the device. Thanks to the Stagionello Meat Curing Device technology used in the Tunnel line, you can make “READY TO EAT” goods under your own brand, such as:

This is a semi-industrial processing device, patented and 100% made in Italy; with a design studied to facilitate a “load & push” process: in fact, reserving one entrance to the loading of goods (load) will allow for a production chain, going from the freshest anatomical piece to the most matured (push), which can be easily extracted from the second door reserved for the outlet. This design offers a single climate chamber, appropriate for producing a single food.
