1) Disclaimer
Although the information on this website is presented in good faith and believed to be correct at the time of publishing, Stagionello®Canada makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information. Stagionello®Canada has no liability for any errors or omissions in the information provided.
Stagionello®Canada and the manufacturers or distributors represented herein, reserve the right to change, delete, or otherwise modify the information which is represented without any prior notice. Persons receiving this information will make their own determination as to its suitability for their own purposes prior to purchase. In no event will Stagionello®Canada be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon information from this website or the products to which the information refers.
Stagionello®Canada will not held responsible for any harm or injury caused due to any person’s improper or negligent use of the equipment sold through this site. The product shall only be operated by someone over the age of 18, of sound mind, and not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, who has been trained in the correct operation of the equipment and is wearing authorized, proper safety clothing. Any modification to the machine voids any warranty, and may cause harm to individuals using the equipment or in the vicinity of the machine while in operation.
2) Prices and Product Specifications
Prices are subject to change without notice. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. Some variations between picture and product or between the exact dimension/weight specification may occur. Colours may differ on your computer screen verses the actual product. Some products listed may be non-stock items. Stagionello®Canada reserves the right to cancel any order that may have discrepancies prior to shipment. In cases where the wrong price is listed for a product, Stagionello®Canada reserves the right to cancel prior to shipment, and will refund the customer promptly. Orders where an item has gone on sale after a purchase has been made may be offered a store credit for a future purchase.
3) Terms & Conditions. Credit Card Charges and Authorizations
Please be advised that your credit card is charged immediately at Checkout. As part of the ordering process, an authorization may be placed against your card to ensure funds are available. An Authorization is not a Charge. You Credit Card Statement may show the authorization as “Pending”.
You may Checkout using either your credit card or Paypal. We accept Visa, and MasterCard and Bank transfer.
4) Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian funds. For orders that are placed from outside of Canada, the funds are converted to the currency of the card holder’s country. This is done on your credit card by your bank. We do not control rates of exchange, so the exchange rate used by your credit card company is based on the date your item is shipped and not when it was ordered. Additional fees may be applicable. Please check with your bank and credit card company regarding their policies and fees.
5) Product Availability
On occasion we may be out of stock of certain items. Should this happen, you will be notified via email within 24 business hours of your order placement. If your order is time-sensitive, please respond to the e-mail and we will advise you of the estimated ship date or provide you with a possible alternative. You may also send us an email to check stock on the items you are purchasing before placing your order.
6) Canceling an Order
Should you wish to cancel your order, we will need to receive an email from you as soon as possible. We will try our best to stop the shipment. If the order is being processed by our distributor or manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. Should we not be able to cancel an order because it has shipped, we will refer you to our Item Returns Policy.
7) Changing an Order
We are not able to modify any orders after they have been placed. Should you wish to change your order, we ask you to send us an email cancelling your order. You can then reorder as required.
8) Item Returns
Only standard stock items, unused and in their original packaging, may be returned within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Customized or Non-Standard items cannot be returned. Products not meeting these parameters will not be accepted.
All returns must be approved in writing. Please send us an email if you wish to return an item. We will send you a Return Authorization and instructions accordingly. All returns are subject to inspection and processing fees, therefore, a restocking charge of 35% of the product value will be applicable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and fees. We will not accept returns of items from outside of Canada.
Items that shipped directly from our distributors or manufacturers may only be returned if they comply with their return policies. As the policies and restocking fees of our distributors and manufacturers vary, we will help you contact them as required.
For defective and/or DOA items, we will put you in contact with the distributor or manufacturer. They will advise you based of their policies accordingly. All refurbished products come with a 30 day warranty on labour only. Refurbished items cannot be returned for a refund. These items do not qualify for free shipping.
9) Shipments Outside of Canada
For orders shipping outside of Canada additional fees will be incurred. Brokerage, taxes, duties, and other fees are applicable when items are shipped to other countries. Typically these fees are billed to you directly by the shipping company. Our site’s shipment calculator does not include these fees.
10) Skid Shipments
Liftgate refers to lowering the product to the ground. Inside delivery is not included.
Should you be receiving an order via a common carrier and the item is damaged or should there be missing packages, please note it on the delivery slip before you sign it.
Please be advised that by signing the Proof of Delivery, you are accepting the shipment, in the condition as indicated on the Delivery Slip. Failure to note any discrepancies or damage on the Delivery Slip may cause you a loss. Please contact us within one business day so that we may initiate a claim with the distributor, manufacturer or freight carrier. Please take photos and keep all packaging materials for inspection.
The process for carrier claims vary with different companies and our distributor or manufacturer we will keep you advised as to their status.
11) Courier Shipments
Should you be receiving an order via a courier and the item is damaged, or should there be missing packages, please note it on the delivery slip before you sign it.

12) Shipping Errors
Should you discover an error in your shipment, please contact us within 3 business days so that we may correct the situation.
13) Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Some carriers and couriers may contact you in advance of a delivery. Should you require a delivery outside the standard times, please make note of it in the notes section on the Checkout Page. Additional fees may be applicable for non-standard delivery times.
Should you miss the delivery and we need to schedule another delivery, additional fees will be charged to your card.
Standard Stock orders typically ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Non-Standard Stock orders may take longer. If you need your order more quickly, please call us at 1-855-926-3826.
Customized or Special Order items may require additional processing time and may take up to 21 business days to ship.
Depending on your proximity to our distributors or manufactures, your order may take 1 to 10 business days to be delivered. All delivery times are approximations.
There are various shipping options available to you during the Checkout process. Please review them carefully as expedited shipments demand higher fees.
14) Shipping Calculations
Stagionello®Canada uses UPS Courier and Common Freight Carriers for the majority of its shipments.
Shipping charges are calculated by factoring the weight, dimensions, number of packages or skids, plus the distance of transport. Our shipping calculator is directly connected with UPS and we charge the listed rates to ship to your address.
Some of our items will ship to you free of charge. These promotional items will be indicated as such on our site from time to time.
We are able to ship to residential address. Please be advised that additional fees are applicable to shipments to residential addresses, schools, Churches, Construction areas, New York Metro location.
15) Customized or Special Order Items
Items that are non-standard and require special configurations; or items that are not typically stocked; or items that are produced to order; are considered to be Special Order Items. Additional lead times are required for these items.
Special Order Items are denoted as such on our site. Please contact us for further information prior to placing your order.
We may not be able to cancel a Special Order Item once the order has been placed.
16) Split Shipments
Every effort will be made to ship your order complete. On occasion split shipments may be necessary as product may be shipping from multiple locations. Should we need to split your shipment, we will advise you accordingly. Please be advised that the full amount of the shipping charge will go against the first shipment.
Should you wish to expedite part of your order and send the rest via standard Ground Service, please place a separate order for the items.
17) Taxes
All taxes, where applicable (local, provincial, or federal), will be added to the total at Checkout.
18) Warranty Policy
Warranty information may be found in the item details on our site or you can visit our manufacture’s websites. Stagionello®Canada handles all warranties based on the manufacturer’s warranty. As warranties differ by company and product, please ensure you review them prior to placing your order. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items sold outside of the Continental North America or Canada carry no warranty.
The on-site warranty applies to regular week day hours. Costs associated with holidays, weekends, evening or rush service calls will be the responsibility of either the end user.
Remote geographic locations may limit guarantee to a parts only warranty. Labor, travel and mileage covered under warranty include straight time labor charges and travel charges within 100 miles / 160 km, roundtrip. Overtime, premium labor charges and travel charges in excess of this round trip distance will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the person or firm requesting the service.
There is no on-site warranty for residential addresses (unless specified differently).
Warranty is valid only in country of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to abuse, willful or accidental damage, or to products used for other than their intended purpose.
Any tampering or modifications to any products automatically cancels the warranty guarantee. Items not covered by our guarantee include components which are subject to natural wear and tear. Products subject to abuse, misapplied, misused, subjected to harsh chemical action, or external causes such as electric power fluctuations or poor water quality, field modified (without the approval of Stagionello®Canada), improperly installed or maintained, damaged by flood, fire or other acts of God, or which have altered or missing serial numbers automatically void warranty.

In an effort to provide you with additional information, you may be directed to another website. Please be advised that we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of other websites. Care should be taken when travelling off the Stagionello®Canada Website. We suggest that you read the other site’s privacy policies and practices.
20) Registration on our Site
Registration is not mandatory when you checkout your order. However, by registering with us we you are able to review your order history; update your account information and on occasion be eligible for special promotions. Please be advised that all information you provide us is kept secure and is only accessible via your e-mail and password credentials.
